First collection
Watch: from signup to first dashboard in 3 minutes
What is a collection?
Section titled “What is a collection?”A collection is a single automated run in which Visbee sends your configured prompts to every AI platform you’re tracking and records the responses. It captures which brands were mentioned, how they were described, what sentiment the answer conveyed, and which sources each AI cited.
Each collection gives you a snapshot of your AI visibility at a point in time. Over multiple collections, you can see trends: whether your score is improving, which platforms are warming up to your brand, and how your share of voice is shifting relative to competitors.
Your first collection
Section titled “Your first collection”Once you’ve added your brand and at least one competitor, Visbee schedules your first collection automatically. Head to your dashboard to follow the progress.

How long does it take?
Section titled “How long does it take?”The first collection typically takes between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. AI platforms enforce rate limits on how quickly queries can be sent, so Visbee spaces them out automatically. Subsequent collections run on the same schedule and take roughly the same amount of time.
What you’ll see when it finishes
Section titled “What you’ll see when it finishes”When the collection completes, your dashboard populates with:
- Visibility score: an overall score representing how prominently your brand appears in AI answers
- Mention feed: a list of individual AI responses that mentioned your brand, each with a sentiment label and any cited sources
- Platform breakdown: your score and mentions broken down by AI platform
- Share of voice: how your brand’s mention frequency compares to each competitor you added
- Top cited sources: the URLs AI platforms referenced most when talking about your category
