How is Visbee different from Profound, Rankzero, or AthenaHQ?

Section titled “How is Visbee different from Profound, Rankzero, or AthenaHQ?”

Visbee is a more focused tool for teams who want clear dashboard visibility into how AI assistants mention their brand and their competitors, without a large onboarding or consulting engagement. It tracks all five major platforms in parallel, lets you compare your brand against specific competitors side by side, is priced and built in Europe with EU data residency, and the interface is available in English and Polish. If you need deep enterprise reporting or custom research, those platforms may suit you better. If you want to start tracking today and understand your numbers quickly, Visbee is built for that.

Visbee tracks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and DeepSeek. All five are included on Growth and Agency plans; the Trial and Starter plans cover ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok. See AI platforms for details on how each platform is queried and what its responses look like.

Collections run automatically on a schedule that depends on your plan. Trial and Starter plans run on approximately 3 active days per week; Growth and Agency plans run on approximately 5 active days per week. See Collections for more on how collection schedules work and how to read collection history.

The visibility score is a 0-100 number that combines how frequently your brand appears in AI responses, where it appears relative to other brands, and the sentiment of those mentions. A higher score means you are mentioned more often, more prominently, and more positively. See Scoring for the full methodology.

We store your brand name, domain, configured prompts, and the AI responses we collect on your behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted in full under GDPR at the end of your billing cycle. Visbee does not keep data after cancellation.

Yes. All data is processed and stored within the EU. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request for teams that require one. You can export your data at any time and request full deletion of your account.

You own your data. You can export mentions as a CSV directly from the mentions view in the dashboard. For a full account export including scoring history and configuration, contact the team and we will prepare it for you.

Why does my first collection take so long?

Section titled “Why does my first collection take so long?”

Your first collection queries every prompt you have configured across every platform your plan includes. AI platforms have rate limits that we respect, so running many prompts across multiple platforms takes time. A typical first collection finishes in 5 to 15 minutes. If yours is still running after 20 minutes, see Troubleshooting for next steps.

Can I add my agency’s clients as separate brands?

Section titled “Can I add my agency’s clients as separate brands?”

Yes, on the Agency plan you can track up to 5 brands. Each brand has its own competitor list, prompt set, and dashboard view. White-label reports are included, so you can share results with clients directly without Visbee branding. Growth and Starter plans support one brand only.

You keep full access through the end of your current paid billing cycle. After access closes, your account and data are deleted (GDPR-compliant). If you come back later you will start fresh. Export anything you want to keep before the close date. See Cancellation for full details.

Do you support languages other than English?

Section titled “Do you support languages other than English?”

The app and documentation are available in English and Polish. The AI platforms themselves respond in many languages depending on how the prompt is phrased, and Visbee tracks those responses as-is. We plan to add more UI languages but have no scheduled date to share yet.

Contact the team directly. We read every suggestion and prioritize based on what will make the biggest difference for the most users.
