Invoices
Your invoice history in Billing settings
Where to find your invoices
Section titled “Where to find your invoices”Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices to see a list of all invoices associated with your account. Each invoice is available to download as a PDF.
What invoices include
Section titled “What invoices include”Each invoice contains:
- Invoice number and date
- Plan name and billing period
- Amount charged
- VAT breakdown (rate and amount)
- Payment method used (last four digits of card or other method)
If you need invoices for accounting purposes, download them directly from the Invoices section. Invoices are generated automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Updating billing details
Section titled “Updating billing details”You can update the following details in Settings → Billing:
- Billing email — the address invoices are sent to. Changing this does not affect your login email.
- Company name — appears on invoices. Update this before your next billing date to have it reflected going forward.
- VAT ID — if you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, adding your VAT ID removes the VAT charge on future invoices where the reverse charge mechanism applies.
- Billing address — used for invoicing and VAT determination.
Changes to billing details apply to future invoices only. Existing invoices will not be retroactively updated.
Revised invoices
Section titled “Revised invoices”If your VAT ID changes or you need a correction on a past invoice (for example, a company name error), contact the team with the invoice number and the correction needed. We will review and issue a revised invoice where appropriate.
Failed payments
Section titled “Failed payments”If a payment fails, you will receive a notification at your billing email. To resolve it:
- Go to Settings → Billing and update your payment method with a valid card or payment source.
- Once updated, retry the payment from the same page.
If the issue persists, contact the team and we can look into it on our end. Access to your account is not immediately suspended on a first payment failure; there is a short grace period to allow you to update your details.
