Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base for understanding how AI platforms are talking about your brand. Every time a collection finishes running, the numbers here update to reflect the latest results across the AI platforms your plan covers. If you have just set up your account, you will see placeholder states until the first collection completes.

The visibility score is a single number from 0 to 100 that summarises how prominently your brand appears across all the AI platforms Visbee monitors. A higher score means your brand is being mentioned more often, in more positive contexts, and across more platforms. A score of 0 means your brand was not detected in any AI responses during the latest collection period.

The score is updated after each collection run, so changes reflect the most recent batch of AI responses rather than a real-time feed. See Scoring for a full breakdown of how the number is calculated.

The mention feed sits below the score and lists every AI response where your brand (or a competitor) was cited during the latest collections. Each row shows the platform, when the response was captured, a short excerpt, and the detected sentiment. You can click any row to expand the full AI answer.

For filtering options and a detailed walkthrough of the feed, see Mentions and sentiment.

The platform breakdown widget shows how your mentions are distributed across the AI platforms your plan covers. You can see at a glance whether ChatGPT is your strongest channel, or whether you are invisible on Perplexity while competitors dominate it. This view is useful for deciding where to focus your content and PR efforts.

If a platform shows zero mentions, it does not necessarily mean the platform has never discussed your category. It means your brand was not detected in the prompts run during that collection. Running more collections or expanding your brand profile can surface more signal.

Share of voice compares your mention volume against the competitors you have configured. The widget shows each brand as a slice of the total mentions across all tracked AI responses, so you can see who is dominating the conversation and by how much.

Competitors with a large share of voice are the ones AI platforms tend to recommend first in your category. Narrowing that gap over time is one of the clearest signals that your AI visibility strategy is working.

The trend chart plots your visibility score and total mention count over time. Use it to spot patterns: a spike might follow a media mention or a product launch that earned coverage in publications AI platforms frequently cite. A dip might coincide with a period of low content output. Comparing the trend against your own marketing calendar is often the fastest way to understand what moves the needle.

The chart is anchored to the date each collection completed, not the date you are viewing the dashboard. This means you will see a data point for every completed collection in the selected time window.

The sources widget lists the domains that AI platforms most frequently cited when answering questions about your category. These are the publications, review sites, and authority pages that carry the most weight in shaping how AI talks about your industry.

Seeing a source cited repeatedly is a signal worth acting on: if you are not featured on that domain, it is a concrete target for earned media or outreach. For a full breakdown of sources, including which ones appear in competitor mentions but not yours, see Sources and domains.

The dashboard updates whenever a new collection finishes. It does not pull live data between collections. Collections run automatically on a schedule based on your plan: Trial and Starter plans run on approximately 3 active days per week, Growth and Agency plans run on approximately 5 active days per week. You can check the status of recent collections on the Collections page.
