Plan overview
Section titled “Plan overview”Visbee offers a 7-day free trial plus three paid plans, all billed monthly in EUR. Every plan supports up to 50 competitors per brand.
Trial — free, 7 days

- 3 active days per week collection cadence (automatic)
- No credit card required
Every new account starts on the free trial. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Starter — €55/month

- 30 prompts per collection
- 3 platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok
- 3 active days per week collection cadence (automatic)
Starter is suited to founders or small teams who want to establish a baseline understanding of their brand’s AI visibility without committing to a larger plan.
Growth — €139/month

Growth is the right fit for marketing teams that need fresher data and coverage across all major AI platforms.
Agency — €359/month

Agency is designed for consultants and agencies managing AI visibility for multiple clients.
Billing cycle
Section titled “Billing cycle”All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is not offered at this time. Contact us if you are interested and we can note your request.
Plan limits and platform coverage
Section titled “Plan limits and platform coverage”Plan limits apply when your configuration grows beyond what your plan allows. When you hit a limit, existing data and tracking keep running without interruption, and a notice appears on your dashboard.
- Prompt limit — if you configure more prompts than your plan allows, only the first batch up to the limit will be included in each collection.
- Brand limit — on plans that allow only one brand, adding a second brand is not possible until you upgrade.
- Competitor limit — each brand supports up to 50 competitors regardless of plan.
Platform coverage is a plan feature rather than a limit you can hit. Trial and Starter cover ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok. Growth and Agency cover all five platforms, adding Claude and DeepSeek.
VAT is applied according to EU VAT rules based on the billing country associated with your account. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, you can add your VAT ID in Billing settings, and it will appear on future invoices. For questions about VAT handling on past invoices, contact the team.
