Upgrading
The billing page with plan options
Where to upgrade
Section titled “Where to upgrade”Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan and the available options. From there you can select a new plan and complete the change with your existing payment method.
When changes take effect
Section titled “When changes take effect”Upgrades take effect immediately. As soon as you confirm the plan change, your account reflects the new limits. Additional platforms and increased prompt capacity will be available on your next collection run. You do not need to restart anything manually.
Proration
Section titled “Proration”When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the current cycle based on the price difference between your old and new plan. Your next billing date and the full price of the new plan take effect at the start of the following cycle.
For example, if you upgrade halfway through the month from Starter to Growth, you pay roughly half the price difference for the remaining days in that cycle, and then the full Growth price from the next billing date onward.
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”Downgrades do not take effect immediately. When you select a lower plan, the change is scheduled for the start of your next billing cycle. You keep full access to your current plan through the end of the period you have already paid for. On the next billing date, your account switches to the lower plan and you are charged the new rate.
If your current data or configuration exceeds the limits of the lower plan (for example, you have 5 brands on Agency and downgrade to Growth, which supports 1 brand), you will see a notice explaining what will be affected. Existing data is preserved; collection and tracking for anything over the new limit will pause until the configuration is adjusted.
Going from trial to paid
Section titled “Going from trial to paid”When your 7-day trial ends, your account moves to a paid plan automatically if you have added a payment method. If no payment method is on file, access is paused until you add one and confirm a plan.
You can also upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends. Go to Settings → Billing, select a plan, and add your payment method. Your billing cycle starts from that date.
Custom and enterprise needs
Section titled “Custom and enterprise needs”If you need something outside the standard plans, such as more brands, a custom prompt volume, or specific reporting requirements, contact the team. We can discuss what fits your situation.
